Distribution Officer

About the Role
The Distribution Officer will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with resellers, distribution agents, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and a keen eye for detail, and capable of identifying growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
You will be responsible for building, expanding and maintaining our reseller network, ensuring timely fulfilment of B2B orders, and driving repeat business through excellent relationship management, excellent customer service, and coordination with internal sales and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new resellers and distribution partners.
- Build and manage strong, ongoing relationships with resellers and B2B customers to ensure repeat sales.
- Handle partner inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support with professionalism.
- Monitor and track sales performance and reseller satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure product availability and delivery.
- Conduct regular visits to reseller outlets and distribution points regularly to assess performance and gather feedback.
- Collect and analyze sales, customer, and market feedback data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies for the reseller network
Support territory expansion efforts by identifying new market opportunities. - Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and partner interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in distribution, B2B sales, or customer account management
- Proven success managing B2B or retail distribution channels.
- An understanding of Network/MultiLevel Marketing Frameworks is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales and growth targets
- Prior experience in the FMCG or wellness industry is a plus

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm and fulfill customer orders within 24 hours where possible
- Communicate professionally with customers via WhatsApp and phone
- Collect and remit payments directly to the company account
- Track and update deliveries using Google Sheets and/or Telegram
- Report delivery status and any issues daily to the operations team
- Manage local stock and request restocks before running low
- Uphold Friska’s standards of respect, speed, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Resident in one of the listed cities with access to delivery transport (bike, car, or courier service)
- Own a WhatsApp-enabled smartphone
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable with mobile tools like Google Sheets or CRM apps
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in logistics, customer service, or sales (preferred)
- Professional, respectful, and ready to represent Friska
- Willing to sign a contract and meet performance expectations

About the Role
Friska Farms Limited is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Social Media Community Officer to become the voice of our wellness brand across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll engage directly with our online community, ensure customer satisfaction, and support our broader marketing and communication strategies.
You’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with our audience, assisting with content management, and representing Friska Farms in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Customer Support:
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.) in real-time.
- Foster trust and engagement with our followers and customers.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues with professionalism, escalating when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.
Content Coordination:
- Assist with social media content planning, creation, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand-consistent, engaging posts.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track social media metrics like engagement rates, response time, and community sentiment.
- Provide weekly performance and insight reports to inform strategy.
Business Support
- Handle inbound B2B inquiries from resellers, distributors, and partners.
- Coordinate with the business development team to nurture leads.
Growth & Brand Awareness
- Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Engage with wellness-focused online communities to grow our digital footprint.
- Share ideas to enhance our brand’s presence and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media community management or digital customer support.
- Current NYSC members with at least 8 months to POP are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- A customer-first attitude with empathy and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of wellness, nutrition, or healthy living is a plus.
- Proximity to Yaba is an added advantage.

Logistics Officer

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Plan and ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners, distributors, and customers.
- Track orders and shipments; manage delivery schedules and address any issues that arise.
- Supervise loading, offloading, and dispatch processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain updated records of logistics activities, delivery notes, waybills, and inventory movement.
- Liaise with store officers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock management.
- Monitor and report on transportation costs, delivery timelines, and overall logistics performance.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Maintain contact with delivery riders, drivers, and third-party logistics partners to coordinate delivery routes and resolve challenges.
- Support return logistics and reverse supply where applicable.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG or product-based sectors.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, route planning, and supply chain procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management is an advantage.
