The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily bookkeeping activities, tracking inventory movements, recording sales across multiple channels, reconciling financial transactions, and ensuring strong financial governance across Friska Farms Limited.
Friska Farms Limited is a fast-growing FMCG and manufacturing company operating across herbal teas, cereals, and wellness products. The Accountant/Bookkeeper supports Friska’s finance and operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial records across all business activities.

1. Bookkeeping & Financial Recording

Customer Experience Officer (NYSC)

The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for building, managing, and optimising the entire post-purchase journey for Friska customers, with the goal of increasing retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value to a minimum of 12 months.

Friska Group operates across wellness, nutrition, cereals, supplements, and skincare categories, including Friska Teas and ImiOse Skincare. The Customer Experience Team Lead owns the entire CX engine — from activation to long-term retention.

This role involves:

  • Designing and executing CX processes

  • Maintain contact with delivery riders, drivers, and third-party logistics partners to coordinate delivery routes and resolve challenges.
  • Support return logistics and reverse supply where applicable.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG or product-based sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, route planning, and supply chain procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
